Group members are required to be in individual therapy during their participation in skills group. Individual therapists do not need to be DBT-oriented, as long as they are willing to support the use of DBT skills. Members will also need to sign a release allowing communication between their current therapist and DBT Skills Group leaders. New members may join when new modules are introduced. Participation in group is a 6-month commitment. If you are interested in joining group, please call Kelly Sonnenfeld, PhD at 970-658-0949 to set up a 30-minute pre-group meeting.
