Online Adult DBT Skills Groups
I am a firm believer that DBT skills are for everyone.
-
Do you have a brain that never quits?
-
Are you constantly second-guessing and criticizing yourself?
-
Do you hate how rigid you have become?
-
Do you struggle to identify and feel your emotions?
-
Are you afraid to rock the boat and actually talk about your needs in relationships?
-
Do you feel like a 'live wire,' ping-ponging from fight, to flight, to freeze responses?
-
Do you struggle with self-destructive behaviors to calm the emotional storm inside?

Join one of our DBT Skills Groups and experience connection and accountability as you work towards a more skillful life.
Online Monday Night DBT Skills Group
Every Monday from 6-8pm MST
Designed to teach members practical strategies for handling intense emotions effectively, increasing awareness of the present moment, improving relationships, and tolerating emotional pain without resorting to self-harm or self-destructive behaviors.

New members may join when we begin a new module, every 6-8 weeks. Group members are expected to commit to all four modules of skills training (Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Distress Tolerance).

Group members are required to be in individual therapy, however therapists do not have to be DBT-oriented.
